Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your BattleCommand account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

What data is stored

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, BattleCommand stores only the information required to recognise your Game account: the external provider identifier, your email address, your display name, the sign-in methods linked to your account, and your active sessions.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send a request to support@battlecommand.net from the email address linked to your account. Please include the subject “Data deletion request”.

We will verify that you own the account and delete it, along with any game data, managed providers and login methods associated with it, within 30 days of receiving your request.

What happens after deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to BattleCommand through any linked provider. The external Google or Facebook identity is only unlinked from BattleCommand; it is not deleted from Google or Facebook themselves.
